Refund policy

Our products are digital downloads, delivered instantly after checkout.

Faulty or not as described: if a file won't open, is damaged, or isn't what the product page described, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll fix it, send a replacement, or give you a full refund.

Change of mind: because you get immediate access to the file, we can't normally refund a download once it has been downloaded. If you bought the wrong country edition by mistake, contact us and we'll swap it for the right one.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.
