Is anything posted to me?
No. Every product is a digital download. You'll see a download link straight after checkout, and the same link is emailed to you.
What do I need to open the files?
Spreadsheets work in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (free with a Google account) and Apple Numbers. To use Google Sheets, open sheets.google.com, choose File → Import → Upload, and select the file.
Which edition should I buy?
Pick the country you live in. Each edition uses that country's currency, spelling, dates and traditions, so the UK edition talks about crackers and Secret Santa, and the Australian edition about Christmas lunch, seafood and Kris Kringle.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, with the free Excel or Google Sheets app. A laptop or tablet is more comfortable for setting it up the first time.
I didn't get my download email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, we don't normally refund digital downloads once they've been downloaded. If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Can I share or resell the files?
Each purchase is for personal use in one household. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files. See our Terms of Use.
